Οι εργασίες για την κατασκευή της Μαρίνας Λεμεσού βρίσκονται σε πλήρη εξέλιξη και συνεχίζονται με εντατικούς ρυθμούς . Στο θαλάσσιο χώρο της Μαρίνας, έχουν ξεκινήσει οι εργασίες εκβάθυνσης και αφαίρεσης υλικού από το βυθό με πλωτό γερανό. Επίσης, προχωρά η κατασκευή των πασσάλων για την υλοποίηση του νέου θαλάσσιου μετώπου και η προσωρινή επίχωση για τη δημιουργία πρόσβασης στην περιοχή του νοτιοανατολικού κυματοθραύστη.     

Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρωθεί η αφαίρεση της στέγης των αποθηκών Τρακασόλ και συνεχίζονται οι εργασίες αναπαλαίωσης. Ο εν λόγω χώρος θα φιλοξενεί τη Ναυτική Σχολή Hanseatic και το πολιτιστικό κέντρο.

Έχουν ήδη αρχίσει και οι εργασίες για τη θεμελίωση του χώρου στάθμευσης, ο οποίος θα φιλοξενεί 700 αυτοκίνητα, καθώς και των κτιρίων του συγκροτήματος «Nereids Residences». Τα διαμερίσματα του συγκροτήματος διατίθενται προς πώληση και διακρίνονται για την πολυτέλειά τους, την απρόσκοπτη θέα προς τη θάλασσα και τη μαρίνα προσφέροντας ένα νέο τρόπο ζωής, «Living on the sea».

The construction works for the Limassol Marina are already underway and progressing rapidly. In addition to the above, the roof of the Tracasol warehouse has been removed and the building is currently being restored. This will house the Hanseatic Marine Training School and the cultural centre.

Properties For Sale in Cyprus – The first official presentation of the Limassol Marina took place on the 5^th July, in an impressive and unique setting at the Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol. The event marked the commencement of construction of the project and the beginning of sales of the first residential units.

The Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism Mr. Antonis Paschalides spoke at the presentation, stating that:

“Today marks the beginning of a new era for Cyprus tourism and the successful cooperation between the state and private sectors”.

Mr. Paschalides also added that “the Marina works are expected to be completed by Autumn 2012. The success of this project is a given, with manifold benefits for Cyprus and its tourism as a whole. This government is developing and delivering projects to the island.” In his closing statement, Mr. Paschalides thanked all those who contributed to the fruition of the government’s objectives.

Mr. Marios E. Lanitis, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Limassol Marina Ltd, also spoke:

“The Limassol Marina project is without a doubt the biggest investment made in Cyprus, at a total estimated cost of €350m.”

Addressing the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Mr. Lanitis added: “We Cypriot businessmen have a vision for an improved Cyprus, which is why we invest in our country.”

Mr. Takis Palekythritis, Limassol Marina’s General Manager, then presented the project and announced that sales of the Nereids Residences have begun.  In his speech, Mr. Palekythritis stated:

Продажа недвижимости на Кипре - Первая официальная презентация проекта Лимассол Марина состоялась 5-ого июля в престижном отеле Amathus Beach Hotel в Лимассоле. Это мероприятие было посвящено как началу строительства проекта, так и началу продаж первой части жилого комплекса.

Выступая на презентации, Министр Торговли, Промышленности и Туризма, г-н Антонис Пасхалидес, заявил что:

В конце своего выступления Г-н Пасхалидес выразил благодарность всем тем, кто способствовал успешной реализации целей правительства».

Слово также взял Г-н Мариос Е. Ланитис, Председатель Совета Директоров компании Limassol Marina Ltd.

«Лимассол Марина, без сомнения, представляет собой самый крупный на Кипре инвестиционный проект, общая стоимость которого оценивается в 350 миллионов евро».
